The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has completed all construction work and successfully conducted trial runs on the line. Furthermore, DMRC has received approval from the Chief of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) for revenue operations between Janakpuri and Krishna Park. Initially, UTO (Unattended Train Operation) will not be implemented on this section, as is currently the case between Botanical Garden and Janakpuri. Instead, only ATP (Automatic Train Protection) mode of operation will be utilized in the early stages.
